discussing the basic operations of a 35mm camera (film or
digital), this course will explain in detail the basics of photography
including composition, exposure, lighting, depth-of-field, and darkroom
techniques. In just 8 weeks, Charles Mayden, owner of Piasa Photo in Alton, will help
you learn
how to take pictures by using various apertures, shutter speeds, and
lenses.
You will also learn how various films and filters work and how the
flash can be
used to create different photographic images. Understand what makes a
