Small Business Counseling SCORE’s unpaid volunteers share their business experience and provide “free” business counseling to anyone who is operating a small business or thinking about starting one. The SCORE Association (Service Corps of Retired Executives) is a national non-profit association composed of retired and semi-retired executives and business owners. There is no charge for our services and all information is confidential. For firms other than banks, click here to see information on additional sources of important products and services needed by small businesses. __________ Start Here By calling the Alton-Godfrey Score office during normal business hours at 618-467-2280 and asking for the form ”Request for Counseling”.  It will be mailed or faxed to you. Another option is to simply stop by or call our SCORE office on Monday afternoons from 1 until 5 p.m. A volunteer will be available during this scheduled period for the purpose of assisting walk-in or calling clients with immediate support. Our office is located in Alden Hall on the campus of Lewis and Clark Community College, Godfrey, IL. __________ Are You Ready?
